Introduction to Human Resource Management Before writing our book we were not sure about the publishing process and who to talk to. This was our first book and we needed help and guidance on how best to approach the task. After the OUP reviewed our proposals we were fortunate enough to be assigned a Development Editor who provided valuable help and assistance throughout. We agreed a schedule and our editors helped us to keep to the deadlines whilst being flexible when we needed more time. We also received excellent feedback co-ordinated by our Development Editor to help us improve each chapter before our final submission. I would fully recommend Oxford University Press to any potential author; without their help I'm not sure we would have made it to the exciting achievement of launching our first book.
